Z106 Rock and Bowl (with Emerson Lanes) Official Rules
Rules for Qualifying:
• Caller has to answer a Rock music question AND a Bowling Question.
• If they get BOTH questions correct, they are a qualifier.
• They each win a Emerson lanes coupon good for 2 hours of bowling for up to 4 people, 1 large pizza, free shoe rental, and 1 pitcher of soda, plus Z106 stuff.
• Room for 32 Qualifiers.
Rules for the Day of Event
• Contestants MUST all meet up at Emerson Lanes on August 7th at 9:45am. Contest is 10am to noon.
• Contestant MUST bowl for themselves, no substitutes whatsoever!!
• Qualifiers will be placed in a Tournament Bracket (order based on date of qualifying).
• Coin flip will determine who rolls first.
• Qualifiers advance in tournament by rolling the higher score against their opponent (just one throw).
• In the event of a tie, a roll-off will take place until a winner is determined.
• Qualifiers MAY use their own bowling ball and shoes for tournament, if they have them.
Winning the Grand Prize:
• Once a winner of the tournament has been determined, they will pick out a house ball and get a pair of house shoes to use for the Grand Prize Roll.
• They will be awarded one shot.
• They will receive $500 if they get a strike or $25 for every pin they knock down.
